About shipping

We send merchandise by EMS (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html)

Delivery within 3 -14 days.
Will provide the tracking number notification.




Shipping Fee

Shipping cost depends on the delivery address.
＊Some regions are currently discontinuing the acceptance of EMS.
For shipping to the applicable area, we will quote the shipping fee separately.


Rate schedule Asia(First Zone): 3800JPY

Oceania, North America, Central America, and the Middle East(Second Zone): 4800JPY

Europe(Second Zone): 5000JPY

South America and Africa(Third Zone): 5800JPY

there may be delays depending on the country's customs inspection.
Please be advised that customers will bear the customs fees.

Return Policies

You can return the goods if they are defective.

Please check the product immediately after it arrives.
If the product is defective, please email within 2 days.

Non-defective products cannot be returned.
